The Secret of Long Life


                 According to the article “The Secret of Long Life”, I am curious that why some people live to be over a hundred years, while most of us die much sooner?  It is upon many factors. For instance, if your parents and grandparents lived a long time, you will probably live long time too. Next, the factors that affect your long live are where do you live? People who live in the country may live longer than people in a town.  People in Europe will probably live longer than people in African. These may affect some of people lives, but it is not all things for long life. There are many factors of long lives.t
              Surely that we cannot control to our past relatives, and most people have not much control by where they live. Accordingly, the first thing that can make your lives longer is eating healthy food. You can do that by stop eating junk food and eat less red meat. Though red meat provides you with protein, but it is hard for the digest. Instead you can eat fish or chicken that easy to digest to be a protein for you. There are lots of vitamins in each kinds of food. Some of them against the disease. So it is a very good thing, if you eat healthy food, your health will be better. Not only make your lives longer, but also control your from being overweight. Here there is another factor to stop you from being overweight.
                Then, getting exercise is one of secret of long life. It avoids you from being overweight that make your lives shorter. Moreover, getting exercise will make you have a lower chance to have health problems. Thus, you can change from changing your behavior. There are different types of exercise. Some exercise is good for your heart. If you get out of breath when you exercise, it will be good for your heart. Other types of exercise are food for making you stronger. Lifting and running are good example. Consequently, you should try to exercise thirty minutes a day, it will make your healthier and stronger.

          To sum up, here are good behaviors for making your life longer. Health is not only for your destiny, but it is the thing that you can control. Though you cannot change the past of your relatives and where you live, you can control it yourselves. Eating healthy food and getting exercise are not difficult things. It is necessary for everyone. Why do not you try some?
